About us |
John Kilroy Solicitors is a progressive law firm based in the Smithfield area of Dublin centrally located close to the Four Courts.
John Kilroy graduated from University College Dublin and qualified as a solicitor in 1989. As the founding member and Principal of the firm, he has built up a large and diverse litigation practice over the past twenty years. His personal focus is on complex civil actions and commercial claims and he exclusively advises the firm's overseas clients in all contentious matters.
John is joined by two Associate Solicitors.
Claire Davis joined the firm in 2005 and has a substantial practice in a broad range of litigation relating to consumer law, product liability, professional negligence, complex personal injuries, foreign holiday claims and travel matters. Claire also separately advises on family and employment matters, residential property and wills. She is admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales.
Philomena Phelan has been with the firm since 2006 and recently gained admission to the Roll of Solicitors. Philomena practices in both plaintiff and defence civil litigation and advises on company law matters relating to insolvency and the restoration of companies to the Registrar of Companies. Philomena has also been admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales.
Carlagh Casey is the firm's Practice Manager. She provides legal assistance in all clinical negligence cases whilst leading our administration team. Carlagh oversees human resources, information & communications technology, finance and compliance whilst assisting with strategic business development to ensure that the firm delivers a first class service to clients.
